'Lily Kwok's Chicken Curry' is a short film that I produced with Laura May Brunk and Xiaomeng Liu. It is currently on display in the Lee Kai Hung Chinese Culture Gallery at Manchester Museum. The film explores the rich history of a dish that is served by the Sweet Mandarin Restaurant in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Helen Tse co-owns Sweet Mandarin with her sisters, Lisa and Janet. In this short film, she shares the story of her grandmother's migration to Middleton and the dish that she created along the way.​​​​​​​
